Men's Pilates on the Pitch
We get it—Pilates isn’t something most blokes put at the top of their list. Maybe you’ve never tried it. Maybe you’re not sure if it’s for you. This is your chance to find out.
Pilates on the Pitch is about moving better, feeling better, and showing up—not just for yourself, but for your mates. This is an opportunity to step onto the hallowed turf of Seddon Park, where so many sporting greats have gone before, and give it a crack. No experience? No worries. This session is for everyone—whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned pro.
Led by O-Studio Hamilton and Core Wellness, you’ll be guided through a
pilates workout that challenges your body while giving your mind a reset. And because fuelling up is just as important as showing up, you’ll finish with a bowl of Oat Bros goodness to refuel.
- Date: Thursday, 27 March
- Time: 6:30am (45 minute Pilates session followed by Oats from Oat Bros)
- Location: Seddon Park, Hamilton
- What to bring: A towel or yoga mat (but if you forget, no worries—we’ve got you covered), a water bottle and comfortable activewear. Running shoes aren’t necessary as you’ll be in bare feet or socks.
Please note: This is an outside event and could be cancelled due to bad weather. If this results, a refund for tickets will be given. There is no back up date.
